Dongjin Seo began his legal career in 2015 after completing the 44th Judicial Research and Training Institute and graduating from Yonsei University College of Law. He served as a legal officer at the Gwangju Regional Correctional Service and the Seoul High Prosecutors’ Office before joining the legal team at Coupang, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Korea, where he advised on a wide range of corporate matters including fair trade, franchise law, and e-commerce regulation. As the managing attorney of Yuldaham Law Office, he represented clients in litigation involving real estate, inheritance, civil, criminal, and administrative law. He now continues his practice at Young Law Firm, with a focus on corporate advisory, commercial litigation, and criminal defence. Mr. Seo also actively serves the community as a legal advisor to SMEs through the Seoul Bar Association, a specialist counselor on real estate for the Gangdong District Office, and a volunteer legal educator for local high schools.
