Jisun Kim began her legal career in 2015 after passing the 4th Korean Bar Examination. Her practice spans a wide range of areas including administrative law, disciplinary proceedings, criminal defence, and civil litigation. She has built extensive expertise in public sector legal matters through her work with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Facilities Corporation, where she handled internal audits, administrative sanctions, and disciplinary reviews. She regularly advises on public contracts, regulatory compliance, and internal governance issues. Ms. Kim also has a strong track record in criminal defence, particularly in cases involving economic crimes, violence, and narcotics. Her civil practice includes claims for damages arising from traffic and medical accidents, as well as administrative appeals and litigation relating to school violence and public sector employment matters. In addition to her legal practice, she is actively involved in public service, serving as a member of various government advisory and disciplinary committees, and offering legal support for victims of stalking and digital crime.
