Mikyung Lee began her legal career in 2014 after graduating from Sungkyunkwan University and completing the 43rd Judicial Research and Training Institute. She initially worked as a litigation attorney at a law firm in Seocho-dong, Seoul, before joining Eastar Jet as in-house counsel, where she advised on contracts, risk management, and corporate legal affairs. She later moved to Busan and worked with Bright Law Office before founding her own practice. Over the years, she has developed a strong litigation practice in civil, family, and criminal matters, and currently serves as a court-appointed defence attorney for the Busan District Court and its Eastern Branch. Ms. Lee has also been active in public service, having served as a committee member for the School Violence Review Committee (Dongnae District Office of Education), the Ethics Review Committee of the Dongnae District Council, the Faculty Disciplinary Committee at Kyungsung University, and the Busan Gangseo District Apartment Management Support Committee. She has achieved favourable outcomes in numerous cases, including criminal defence acquittals, family dispute settlements, and franchise, consumer, and defamation litigation.
