Hyunjeong Kwon is a seasoned litigator and advisor, having commenced her legal career in 2015 after graduating from the College of Law at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. She brings extensive experience across civil, criminal, and administrative matters.
She is a certified expert in tort and personal injury law, as recognised by the Korean Bar Association, and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of civil disputes including contract, real estate, lease, and family matters. In criminal practice, she has secured acquittals and dismissals in high-stakes cases involving fraud, embezzlement, sexual offences, and cybercrime.
Ms. Kwon also has particular expertise in media, entertainment, and personality rights, having handled numerous disputes involving public figures, creators, and agencies. She serves on the board of the Press Arbitration and Human Rights Center and continues to act as a trusted advisor in complex legal matters at the intersection of reputation, publicity, and digital platforms.
